Outplacement
Career Insights offers both in-person work per week and support by phone and email - with a Master Counselor, in the offices of Career Insights (Walnut Creek and San Francisco) with availability of distance services for client convenience. Career Insights outplacement counselors are experienced in assisting human resources personnel and managers with the initial termination process and will come to the company facility to provide support when an employee is dismissed. We are experienced in crisis intervention and can provide intensive individual counseling should an individual need this in dealing with a termination. We will work with outplaced individuals to ensure that they have as smooth a transition as possible through a typically very turbulent time.

Program fee would include all travel costs, office costs, all fees for services, all costs of assessment instruments, all documentation provided, all phone and email assistance. Fees include services to help the client in the initial adjustment process in the new job/work situation. Service needs tend to require very intense support to the individual, documentation of each of the areas of process, availability by phone or email on a same day/return call service level.

Career Insights provides consulting to members of organizations to enhance relationship and coping skills. The individual works with a qualified career consultant experienced in leadership development. The career counselors at Career Insights will coach your executives, managers, and key contributors dealing with issues related to achieving success, performance, leadership development, and managing both up and down the organization. We have the unique combination of business, corporate, and management experience along with knowledge and expertise in performance issues to help your senior level employees develop maximum effectiveness.
